箱詰めにされたネガティブな物は、いつか必ず火山のように噴火しちゃうような気がする。

きっと、大切なのは、忘れることや、出すことよりか、

「流す」ことだとおもう。

忘れるのとはちょっと違う、「手放す」という手順。

「もう、いいよ」って、気持ちよく手放して、水に流す。

執着心を捨てる。

それが一番大事。
